Important Notice: We cannot dispatch your items until your payment has cleared. It is for this reason that we recommend you use an online payment method to process your order.

At no time when paying online does Flamingo Crafts have access to your account details. All sensitive information such as your card number is handled securely by your chosen payment service (Nochex, PayPal or Google). See our Privacy Policy to find out what information we do store.

Your items can be delivered to your billing address or an alternate delivery address. This means that you are able to have a greeting card sent directly to the recipient.

All greeting cards that can be personalised with a message inside are marked as appropriate to send to the recipient. To check this, on a product page, within the specification, look under the Delivery Options heading.

At this time we are unable to send individual items within an order to separate addresses. If you have multiple items that need to be delivered to a number of addresses, they will need to be processed within separate orders.

If this option is requested items should arrive within 1 - 2 working days once dispatched, however you should give up to 7 working days before contacting us.

For customers living in or around the Barry area we offer a pickup service, this lowers the cost of your order as it means you don't have to pay any postage.

If you would like to use this option please contact us before placing your order to arrange a day and time.

At Flamingo Crafts we aim to meet your expectations. We describe our products in as much detail as possible to avoid any disappointment when they arrive. If, however, you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us in an unused condition within 21 days for a refund or exchange.

To request a return contact us. Please state your order number and/or name and address and the reason for the return and we will advise you where to return your goods. We recommend you send your goods by Recorded Delivery. The goods will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.

• The goods must be returned to us unused and in its original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not resalable then we cannot provide a refund.
• We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 working days of its receipt, or will despatch to you an alternative where agreed.
• Delivery charges and return postage charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.

In the unusual event that your product is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must contact us immediately. We will then advise you where to send your return to.

On receipt of the faulty goods we will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund.

We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 working days of its receipt or will provide a replacement where agreed.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Every Product is individually handmade by Flamingo Crafts, therefore there may be slight variations on each design. All materials, envelopes and gift boxes will be chosen from stock if the particular envelope, gift box or other material shown in the card image is not available at the time.

Our cards are not suitable for handling by children under 3 years old. The cards contain small parts that may cause a choking hazard.

You can buy products from us online using your credit or debit card or by sending a cheque. Our payment service providers offer a secure purchasing environment online and handles all credit and debit card payments. For full details see here.

When paying by eCheque or Personal Cheque your order will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared.

The prices displayed on our website are in Great British pounds.

The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the service selected, see here for details. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us if your goods do not arrive when expected and we will investigate.

If gift boxes are included within your order, they will need to be assembled upon delivery. Assembly is simple and instructions will be included within your order. For this reason, we do not recommend sending an order that includes a gift box direct to the recipient.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

When placing an order with Flamingo Crafts, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.

Flamingo Crafts can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the product(s) purchased.
