Delivery Charges
This following explains our delivery policy. We currently use the Royal Mail as our chosen delivery service; this allows us to offer a range of services that is sure to suit your needs. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
 
Your items can be delivered to your billing address or an alternate delivery address. At this time we are unable to send individual items within an order to separate addresses. If you have multiple items that need to be delivered to a number of addresses, they will need to be processed within separate orders.
 
Standard Delivery
If this option is requested items should arrive within 1 - 2 working days once dispatched, however you should give up to 7 working days before contacting us. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability, Monday to Friday only, excludes Bank Holidays). Delivery charges are determined by the value of your order:

Should the cost of shipping your parcel be way in excess of the postage paid, we will contact you to discuss an additional payment to cover the additional expense, or give you the option to cancel your order.
 
Super Saver Delivery
If this delivery is requested items should arrive within 2 - 5 working days once dispatched, however you should give up to 7 working days before contacting us. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability, Monday to Friday only, excludes Bank Holidays). Delivery charges are determined by the total value of your order:

Express Delivery
If this delivery is selected, items are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next working day. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability, Monday to Friday only, excludes Bank Holidays). Your order will need to be signed for upon delivery. Please Note: Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be guaranteed to arrive the following Monday (excludes bank holidays). Delivery charges are determined by the total value of your order:

Pick Up
For customers living in or around the Barry area we offer a pickup service, this lowers the cost of your order as it means you don't have to pay any postage. If you would like to use this option please contact us before placing your order to arrange a day and time.
